In addition to flavored, with the same success you can find pure minced meat - minced meat without any additives. It is good to choose something not so colorful and watery. This way you will have the freedom to taste it to your liking.

Of course, the amount of spices you add is at your own discretion, as everyone has different preferences. It is good not to overdo it, especially with ground allspice.

For half a kilo of minced meat you will need about 3 grains of allspice, salt, pepper, savory, parsley, mint and grated onion. These are the most suitable and most commonly used additives for flavoring minced meat.

To make it perfect for making meatballs, for example, you can add a little baking soda and wet bread without the crust.

The products are mixed well and left to stand in the refrigerator for about two hours. In the preparation of meatballs and kebabs, they are formed from the dough with wet hands. If you are going to put the minced meat in another dish, skip the soda and bread.

Necessary products: 500 g minced beef, 1 onion, 5-6 leeks, ½ tsp. vegetable oil, 1 slice of bread, 4 eggs, citric acid, pepper, salt

Method of preparation: The meat is mixed with grated onion, pre-soaked bread, 1 egg, black pepper and salt to taste. From the resulting mixture are formed small meatballs, which are fried in hot fat.

In the same fat, stew the chopped leeks, then pour into a pan. Arrange the meatballs on it and pour a little warm water over them. Bake in the oven until the water evaporates. Pour the remaining 3 eggs, beaten with citric acid, over the dish and bake again. Serve slightly chilled.
