Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 165 ° C. Put baking paper in a tray.
2. Put the soft butter in a bowl, add the cream and mix with a mixer.
3. Add the cheddar cheese and parmesan and stir with a spatula. Add the coconut flour and stir again.
4. Carefully add the basil so that it can be completely combined with the rest of the mixture.
5. Take baking paper and place the dough in the center, shaping it into a ball with your hands.
6. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 7 mm. Using a pizza cutter, cut 24 bites or as many as you can. Carefully remove the cut keto bites and place them on the baking paper.
7. Place the pan in the oven. Bake for 12 minutes. Keep an eye on them at all times to make sure they don't burn.
