Sugar, carbonated drinks, alcohol and bread should not be consumed in this diet. It is recommended to drink two liters of water a day.

To prepare onion soup for the diet, you need 500 grams of cabbage, 3 onions, 1 tomato, 1 pepper, 2 slices of celery root, spices and salt to taste.

The vegetables are washed, the cabbage is finely chopped, the tomatoes are cut into circles, the onion and pepper are finely chopped. Put the vegetables in a saucepan, add a liter of water and after boiling, cook for fifteen minutes.

Once the soup is ready, add the spices and salt. This soup replaces one of the meals during the day, preferably lunch.

For breakfast, drink orange juice and eat a toasted slice smeared with a little olive oil and sprinkled with fresh basil. Dinner should consist of vegetables that are steamed or briefly stewed - this will facilitate their digestion and will not burden the stomach in the evening.
