The turkey is cooking in a variety of ways - stew, fried, baked, boiled or steamed. At the same time, roasted, boiled or steamed meat is most useful. However, stewed or fried turkey will also be an excellent, tasty and nutritious option - the most important thing is not to overdo it with butter.

To cook a turkey will take from 1/2 hour to 3 hours: turkey breasts are usually cooked for 30 to 40 minutes, it also takes no more than 40 minutes to cook small pieces of meat or pieces of turkey leg; turkey wings are boiled for about an hour, but to cook jelly meat will take 2 to 3 hours.

In this case, you can use water, champagne, wine, as well as cognac with honey, sugar, garlic, lemon, herbs and spices such as marinade. An excellent marinade for turkey is also obtained on the basis of vegetable oil with spices, garlic and honey. And another very good option for the marinade is soy sauce, which perfectly emphasizes the taste of the meat.

As for roasting time, it is usually calculated on the basis of 20 minutes (at a temperature of 200 degrees) for every 1/2 kilogram of bird weight. Even better - roast the meat by gradually reducing the temperature: first, the turkey is roasted for twenty minutes at a temperature of 250 degrees, then the temperature in the oven drops to 200 degrees and the bird is baked at a rate of 15 minutes for every 1/2 kilogram of its weight and finally the temperature drops to 170 degrees and bake the stuffed turkey until fully cooked.
