Save once a week, when you will be able to pamper yourself with some of your favorite dishes, which do not always fall into the "useful" category. Do not overdo the quantities on the unloading day. In general, men lose more weight by exercising than by dieting. However, neglecting a proper diet will certainly lead to weight loss efforts to failure.

Do not subject your body to a heavy diet and a lot of exercise at the same time. It is more practical to start with a strict diet, combined mainly with walking, which should not tire you much. Do not finish the exercise once you have reached the desired weight. Otherwise, you will quickly regain your previous weight.
Losing weight is never a mission impossible, as long as there are sensible choices and actions. A good mix of healthy eating and regular exercise really helps. The key to long-term results is to build healthy habits.
