The culinary fair Ethno-cuisine on wheels in Plovdiv today (May 15) continues with the specialties of Jewish cuisine. The camper of the initiative will be stopped today on Tsar Kaloyan Square and will present to Plovdiv residents and guests of the City on the Hills traditional dishes for the Jewish community.
Tonight, visitors to the event will be able to eat Jewish pickles, eggplant pie, known as Pastel, jelly rooster. They will also be presented with cold soups and a pie with potatoes and cheese called chukur.

The popular Jewish maca bread will also be presented. Of course, there will be no shortage of desserts at the culinary fair today. Plovdiv residents will be able to taste caramel cream and other themes for Jewish cuisine.
Tomorrow - May 16, will be the final of Ethno Kitchen on Wheels. The gala dinner, which will mark the culmination of the project, will be held at the House of Ethnicities.
The tables of the Russian, Turkish, Armenian and Jewish communities in our country will be presented together again. This time, however, specialties from Greek cuisine are also expected to be displayed.
