In this case, it is not a specific type of tea that bears this name, but the Kung Fu tea ceremony, which is accepted to serve only high quality and quite expensive teas.

The Kung-Fu tea ceremony is typical of Fuquin, China's main tea-producing city. In this type of tea ceremony, in addition to the tea itself, all vessels associated with the routine drinking of tea must be made of high quality materials.

The characteristic of the Kung Fu tea ritual was that the brewed tea was very strong, but nowadays you can prepare it to your liking.

1. Always choose the most fragrant teas. They are often very expensive, and there are even teas that sell for 500 g for £ 500. Of course, you don't have to "throw away" so much, but if you want to impress your guests (according to Chinese views, they will definitely want to look at the tea leaves), you really have to choose better quality teas.

2. The sequence of actions in the preparation of Kung Fu tea is as follows:

- washing the jug with boiling water;

- washing the cups in which the tea will be drunk with boiling water, as the cups themselves are not touched with fingers, but with special bamboo tongs;

- showing the tea, which is poured into a bamboo spatula and presented to the guests, starting with the oldest;

- washing the tea, as the water in which the tea is washed is never drunk;

- making and pouring tea, and if there is still tea left in the jug, it must be discarded;

- Tea serving, which is always done by holding the tea cups with both hands.

3. When making strong teas, such as black and red, the water should be kept at 100 degrees Celsius, but if you make green or colored tea, it should be about 80 degrees.
