Andy George, the host of the show How to Make Everything, is tasked with showing how expensive and time-consuming it is to prepare even a single sandwich.
He rolled up his sleeves and managed to produce all the products needed to make a delicious chicken sandwich in just six months, for a modest $ 1,500.
The sandwich in question contains lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, dill, peppers, garlic, sunflowers, eggs, salt, honey, wheat, milk and, of course, chicken.
It sounds easy, but it's not so simple when you have to plant and grow the vegetables yourself or when you have to milk the cow yourself to make cheese and yellow cheese from its milk.
Andy George did the job on his own. He planted vegetables, extracted honey from a beehive on a local farm, milked a cow, ground wheat, and even went to the Pacific Ocean to get salt water to extract salt from.
Andy raised the chicken, which he then slaughtered for the sandwich and killed the mayonnaise himself to flavor it. All this cost him six months of work and $ 1,500.
