12:00 - vegetable soup and salad vinaigrette without potatoes;

16:00 - 17:00 - 2 apples or 2 oranges;

19:00 - salad of cabbage, carrots and beets, 1 slice of black bread, 1 tsp. tea with 1/2 tsp. honey.

It is good to take a variety of multivitamins during the diet. If you strictly follow the regime, the results will amaze you. Once you're done, it's a good idea to eat reasonable amounts of food. Be sure to include cottage cheese in your diet from now on.
