American beef and beef skewers
Necessary products: 300 g of boneless beef leg, 300 g of boneless beef fillet, 1/4 tea cup of oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of ground cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of ground onion, salt to taste.
Preparation: All spices together with onions are mixed in a bowl. The meat is washed and cut into equal sized pieces, then poured into the bowl with the spices. It is left to stand for 1-2 hours so that it can absorb the aromas.
When ready, it is pounded on skewers, alternating beef with beef. The skewers are salted and baked in a preheated oven at 220 degrees, turning on all sides until completely done. Pour the marinade into a separate saucepan, bring to a boil and serve separately as a sauce.
Japanese chicken skewers
Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, 4 boneless skinless chicken legs, 1 onion, 5 tablespoons dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons myrin, 2 tablespoons sake, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 / 4 tsp salt, 400 ml. water
Preparation: Half of all spices are poured into a bowl and mixed. 120 ml of water are added to them. The chicken is cut into equal sized pieces. Cut the onion in half and separate the leaves. The meat and onions are strung on skewers, alternating.
The pre-prepared mixture of half of the spices is placed in a baking tray on which the skewers are placed. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees, turning periodically.
The remaining spices are put together with the rest of the water to boil for 10 minutes and the sauce thus obtained is served together with the skewers.
