We offer you super tasty and healthy recipes with quinoa - the first of them is for moussaka with minced meat and potatoes. The following suggestion is for a lean meal and is quick and easy to prepare.

If you do not prefer quiver, replace green leafy vegetables with another - such as dock or spinach. Here's what you need to prepare the first recipe:

Moussaka with potatoes and quinoa

Necessary products: 500 g minced meat, 600 g potatoes, 400 g quinoa, 4 carrots, onion, garlic cloves, dill, salt, pepper, oil

Method of preparation: Peel an onion and chop it finely, then put it in the already fried minced meat to stew. After a few minutes, add the finely chopped carrots.

When they soften, add a few finely chopped garlic cloves, diced potatoes and spices. Once the potatoes are soft, add the finely chopped quinoa and mix well.

Pour the finished mixture into a pan and bake until done. Optionally, you can put fat and a little red pepper on top. If you prefer, make a topping of egg and yogurt. Another option is to simply sprinkle the moussaka with plenty of cheese or yellow cheese and bake for a few minutes.

The next suggestion is for a dish with only green vegetables. You will need:

Necessary products: 3 bunches of quinoa, 2 bunches of green onions, about ¼ a jar of tomatoes, ½ a bunch of parsley, ½ a bunch of mint, 2 - 3 stalks of fresh garlic, 1 tsp. red pepper, black pepper, salt

Method of preparation: Onions and garlic are finely chopped and put to stew in a saucepan with a little water and oil. Then add the quinoa, which is pre-washed and cut. After changing its color, add the red pepper and tomatoes. Mix well and salt to taste.

Finally, add finely chopped mint and parsley, black pepper and stir. Immediately after that, the dish is filled with beaten eggs and begins to stir vigorously - as in mish-mash. When the eggs are firm, the dish is ready for consumption.

You can consume it with yoghurt or, if you like, add a piece of shredded cheese together with the eggs.
