Separately fry the finely chopped onion in the oil and pour about 2.5 tsp. from the strained broth in which the crabs were boiled. Reduce the heat, season the rice with salt, turmeric and pepper and cook until fully cooked. Pour into a plate, arrange the crab meat on top and sprinkle with dill.
Grilled marinated crabs
Necessary products: 12- 15 crabs, 7 tbsp. olive oil, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 cloves garlic, salt and pepper to taste, a few leaves of fresh tarragon
Method of preparation: Crabs are cleaned and washed well. Mix all other products in a mortar and beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. It is used to spread the crabs, with more emphasis on their lower part. Bake for 5 minutes on each side on a well-heated grill.
