The water boils for another 3 minutes, after which the washed crabs are placed in it. After the water boils, the crabs are boiled in it for 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, cover with a lid and leave the crabs in it for another 10 minutes.

Crabs in wine sauce are very tasty. In a saucepan mix 1 glass of white dry wine and 1 glass of water. The mixture boils and add 2 sprigs of dill and 2 sprigs of rosemary, 1 finely chopped carrot and 1 finely chopped onion.

Put 20 crabs and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. The crabs are removed and the cooking sauce is filtered and mixed with 50 grams of butter, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste. Heat the sauce on low heat for 2 minutes and pour it over the crabs.

Fried crabs are also very tasty. In a deep frying pan, mix 600 milliliters of soy sauce, 150 milliliters of hot sauce, add 100 milliliters of oil and 2 finely chopped garlic cloves. The sauce is heated to boiling and 20 crayfish are placed in it. Fry for ten minutes, turning to fry on both sides.
