To prepare the cake you need ready-made bread and the following products: 3 teaspoons of milk, 50 g of margarine, 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 3 tablespoons of flour, 3 tablespoons of cocoa, 1 banana / or other fruit if desired /, 3 vanilla.

Method of preparation: Melt the margarine in a suitable pan over low heat, then add the flour and milk. While adding them, do not stop stirring so that no lumps form. Beat the yolk well, then add it and finally the sugar. Continue to stir the mixture until it thickens. Cut the banana into small circles and add them to the already prepared but still hot cream and finally flavor with vanilla powders.

Divide the cream into two parts and add cocoa to one part to color it. Optionally, you can add grated chocolate or chocolate bars.

Wait for the cream to cool, during which time you can prepare the marsh. You have to cut it in half. Then moisten the first part of the marsh with milk and cover it with part of the cream.

Since you have dark and light cream, you can come up with different combinations. It works very well, for example, if one half of the swamp is in white and the other in brown. You can also leave one color for the filling between the countertops and the other to cover the cake. The choice is entirely in your hands.

Once you have covered the first loaf with cream, place the other half of the loaf on it and also spray it with milk. Pour the rest of the cream, trying to pour the whole cake. If desired, you can sprinkle the cake with chocolate bars, nuts or coconut shavings.

You can also make the cake with biscuits instead of using a ready-made cake. For this you need 1-2 again. biscuits, according to their weight.

If you stick to ordinary biscuits, they are harder and it is good to prepare some hot syrup with which to pour them abundantly before spreading them with cream. You can also use hot milk or coffee, and it is best to be a combination of both.

In case the biscuits are more crunchy, then just spray them lightly with the hot liquid so that they do not turn sour. Then garnish with cream, arrange a second layer of biscuits, sprinkle with coffee again, and then pour the remaining cream over them as described above. Decorate the cake and serve chilled.
