Meat is useful only when it is tender and not greasy. And fat, on the contrary, helps to form bad cholesterol, which accelerates the aging of the body and leads to cardiovascular disease.

Mayonnaise is also considered a high-calorie product that contains a lot of fat and carbohydrates, colors and any other additives. Excessive use of salt lowers blood pressure, upsets the balance of salts in the body and contributes to the accumulation of toxins.

Last but not least is alcohol, which even in minimal amounts prevents the body from fully absorbing vitamins.
