Necessary products: 6 apricots, 2 ripe mangoes, 250 ml of low-fat milk or yogurt, 4 tsp. lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. vanilla essence, 8 ice cubes, strips of lemon peel for decoration.
Preparation: The apricots are pitted, peeled and sliced. The mango fruits are washed, peeled and sliced. Put the apricots, mango, milk, vanilla essence and lemon juice in the blender. Necessary products: 1 banana, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa, ½ tea cup of milk, 1 vanilla.
Preparation: Peel a banana and freeze it for an hour or two. Mash the well-frozen banana in a blender, together with the milk, cocoa, peanut butter and vanilla, until a smooth, homogeneous thick liquid is obtained.
