Cop crucian
Necessary products: 60 g fresh mint, 1 bottle of white wine, 2 bottles of sparkling water, 1 tsp. vodka, 50 g sugar, 3 tbsp. lemon juice
Method of preparation: Washed and finely chopped mint leaves are poured with vodka and left for 1 hour under a lid. The liquid is then filtered and the wine and sugar are added to it. Pour everything into a large jug and before serving and pouring into glasses, add sparkling water and lemon juice.
Raspberry syrup with mint
Necessary products: 5 tbsp. raspberry syrup, a few fresh mint leaves, 1 tbsp. honey, 1 tsp. lemon
Method of preparation: Pour boiling water over the mint leaves and leave to soak for a few minutes. The liquid is then filtered and honey and lemon juice are added to it. Allow everything to cool and before serving, pour a little raspberry syrup into each cocktail glass.

Necessary products: 1 k.ch. water, 2 tsp. powdered sugar, 12 drops of mint essence.
Method of preparation: The water is mixed with the sugar and boiled. Boil for about 5-7 minutes, then add the mint essence and mix everything. Grease baking paper and with a small spoon grab the mixture and pour it on it. Once it cools, you can peel the finished candies from the paper and serve them.
It is a little known fact that you can make a wonderful soothing and refreshing bath for tired legs from mint. You only need to put a few leaflets mint leaves in a basin of hot water, add a little lemon juice and soak your feet for about 15 minutes in the basin.
