Making something for dinner is not always easy, especially when it turns out that there is almost nothing left in the fridge. With a few products and a little imagination we can prepare different alaminutes that will feed us.

Veiled eggs with red wine sauce
Necessary products: 3 eggs, 500 ml red wine, 1 bay leaf, black pepper, parsley, 1 tablespoon flour, salt, fat, 2 cloves garlic and 1 onion, parsley
Method of preparation: Finely chop the garlic and onion and put them together with the spices (without parsley) in the wine. Turn on the stove and bring the wine to a boil, after it has boiled, break the eggs one by one in the boiling alcohol. The whites will envelop the yolk and the eggs will become veiled. Then remove them with a slotted spoon. Meanwhile, fry a tablespoon of flour in a little fat. You put the flour in the wine - the goal is to thicken and get a sauce. Drizzle the eggs with sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
If you have different products - meat, pepper, a little yellow cheese or cheese, a few tomatoes, you can always bake them in a casserole. Whatever you put in will be delicious - it is important to have enough fat and cut the products. It is good if you put meat, not sausage, to fry it in advance so that it does not remain raw.
The other recipe is with eggs, potatoes, cheese, yellow cheese, mushrooms, sausage - whatever you have. Here's the idea: the potatoes are washed and put to boil - after boiling for about 5 minutes. Take them out and squeeze them, then put them to bake for half an hour in a moderate oven.
Then cut a lid along the length of each potato and carve the inside with a spoon. In the potatoes you can put sliced sausage and some mushrooms, cheese or cheese, butter, some spice, you can add an egg and then put back in the oven for about 5-6 minutes.
With the inside of the potatoes you can make a salad for the next day. Mash the inside of the potatoes almost to a puree, add the onion, if there is green, season. If you mean something baked, you can always make cakes with soda and a little cheese, here's what you need:

Necessary products: 1 egg, 1 tsp yogurt, 1 tsp shredded cheese, 2/3 tsp oil, 1 tsp baking soda, 3 - 4 tsp flour, yellow cheese
Method of preparation: "Quench" the soda in the yogurt. Pour 2 cups of flour into a pan and make a hole in the middle, put the egg, cheese, oil and salt. Then add the milk and soda and mix. Once the dough is soft, leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes. You should make balls of dough, not too big, because they are getting bigger. Arrange them in a tray with pre-folded kitchen paper and bake until golden. Sprinkle with yellow cheese if you have.
The next recipe is also very quick, for which you need two sausages, a bucket of yogurt, 2-3 eggs, cheese or yellow cheese, savory, salt, pepper.
Cut the sausages into circles and place them in a yen dish, sprinkle with cheese or yellow cheese on top, then pour the mixture of milk and beaten eggs, seasoned with the smell. Bake in the microwave for 15 - 20 minutes.
