It is recommended to cook the roasted meat either on the grill or wrapped in dough. It is easier to digest than fried or cooked for longer.
Fried meat is not recommended for a healthy diet, and in diets it is almost forbidden because it is more difficult to digest and disrupts gastric secretion.
