Salad with mulberries, pears and apples
Necessary products: 150 g mulberries, 1 apple, 1 pear, 2 tbsp brown sugar, a handful of hazelnuts
Method of preparation: Peel an apple and grate it on a coarse grater. Mix with pre-washed mulberries, sprinkle with sugar and mix well. Serve sprinkled with finely ground hazelnuts.
Mulberry jam
Necessary products: 1.5 kg blueberries, 550 g sugar, 20 g pectin, 2 vanilla powders, 1 tsp. limontose, 150 ml of water (if necessary)
Method of preparation: Mulberries are cleaned of unnecessary leaves and twigs and washed. Allow to drain well and pour into a deep enough container. The sugar and pectin are mixed and poured over the fruit. Stir and let stand until the mulberries start to release their juice. If it seems insufficient, add water. This fruit mixture is boiled with constant stirring, adding vanilla and lemon juice. If necessary, remove the foam that forms on the surface of the vessel. When mulberry jam thicken enough, pour while still hot into small jars, which are pre-washed and dried. Leave upside down until cool.
Mulberry compote
Necessary products: 2 kg of mulberry, 630 g of sugar per 1 liter of water
Method of preparation: To become beautiful mulberry compote, it is good to choose only ripe fruits that are not torn. Otherwise, the compote may become either too sour or too sour. After the mulberries are washed carefully, they are arranged in clean jars so that they take up about 2/3 of them. Boil the water and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved and pour this sugar syrup over the jars. Close and sterilize for 15 minutes.
