Green salad with oregano
Necessary products: 1 head of iceberg, a few leaves of arugula, 1/2 head of red onion, 3 mushrooms, 1 red pepper, a few sprigs of oregano, a few sprigs of thyme, 4-5 leaves of basil, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tsp. honey, salt to taste
Method of preparation: The iceberg leaves and arugula are washed, chopped and poured into a bowl. To them add the sliced peppers and onions and sliced mushrooms. All other spices are made into a dressing, and the products are pounded in a mortar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour it over the salad and mix everything well.
Pasta with oregano
Necessary products: 500 g fresh tomatoes or canned tomatoes, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 200 g ground beef, 1 bay leaf, 2 sprigs of fresh oregano, a few leaves of fresh basil, 1 tsp. honey, 1/2 tsp. balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste, 500 g of pasta
Method of preparation: Fry the finely chopped onion and minced meat in the heated olive oil, then add the chopped tomatoes and bay leaf. When the sauce starts to thicken, add the finely chopped garlic cloves and all the other spices. The paste is prepared according to the instructions of its manufacturer and poured with tomato sauce, from which the bay leaf and oregano stalks have been previously removed (they will have already released their aroma).
Pizza with oregano
Necessary products: 1 cup yogurt, 1 tsp. soda, 500 g flour, 5 tbsp. olive oil, a few pieces of bacon / ham, a few pitted olives, 3-4 mushrooms, 1 pepper, tomato pizza sauce, 200 g yellow cheese, 1 tbsp. oregano
Method of preparation: Baking soda is mixed with yogurt and from it and the flour is made a soft dough, to which are added 4 tbsp. olive oil and dried or fresh oregano. The dough is rolled out and placed on a greased pan. Spread with tomato sauce and sprinkle with sliced products, finishing with grated cheese. The pizza is baked for about 15 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven.
