Some time ago I introduced you, dear ladies, to some tricks and subtleties in cooking. This article is something like a continuation of the previous one. I will share more practical ideas with which you can facilitate and shorten the time spent in the kitchen. So, let's get started.

I guess each of you is an experienced housewife and knows a lot about how to make cooking at home easier. But still, there are things we are not familiar with. I also didn't know a lot of them, which, you see, were so easy to make, and I've wasted my time and wasted my nerves when something didn't work out for me.

Probably each of you was angry when some vegetables or a piece of meat that you cook in the pan are stuck. Well, now I'm going to tell you a secret to prevent this unpleasant incident. When you start cooking, put butter in the pan. But not directly on the products you cook.

Use a spatula and use it to push the meat or vegetables to one end of the pan. Place the other half on the hob and allow a lump of butter to melt. This will give the warm oil a non-stick side and you can now put the vegetables or meat back and continue cooking. This way, not only will it not stick, but you will also have well-sauteed food.

If you are waiting for guests and want to serve them a plate of delicious vegetables as an appetizer, it is good to be ready with them shortly before your friends come so that you can pay attention to them. You can cut the vegetables and keep them fresh in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. To do this, cover the plate with damp kitchen paper and then wrap well with cling film. This way you will always have fresh vegetables for you and your guests.

If you are going to make desserts, it is good to whip the cream well. I recommend reading the product label first, because you can mistake it for a lighter cream that is not suitable for cakes and which is good to leave for coffee. It is very important to cool the bowl in which you will whip the cream. If you bought unsweetened cream, add two spoons of sugar to one cup of cream.

When you start beating, first do it to the strongest degree that your mixer has. When you notice that the stirrers start to leave visible traces in the cream, reduce the mixer to medium. Continue beating until you get soft tips in the cream.

It has probably happened to many of you that when you break eggs for an omelet or for breaking, a shell falls into the bowl or pan, right? Well, this can be changed simply by not breaking the eggs directly in the bowl in which you will break them, or in the pan where you will make the omelet.

To do this, before adding eggs to the mixture in which you will beat, beat them in a separate bowl, stir lightly and then add to the mixture. The same goes for the pan. If a shell does get into the mixture, the easiest way to remove it is to scrape it with another shell.

When you bake a dish and you have some cheese and yellow cheese left, mix them with bread crumbs and add them to the dish just before removing it from the oven. This will give you a very nice crust.

If you are stewing meat to make the sauce amazing and have a great aroma, add 1-2 pieces of apple.

If you decide to make a potato salad to make it faster, peel and cut the potatoes into large cubes and put them to boil in water in which you put oil, salt and spices of your choice.

If you boil whole potatoes with the skin so that it does not crack, add vinegar to the water in which you will boil them.

If you want the vegetables you stew to acquire a nice caramel color, add a teaspoon of sugar to the butter.

If you hate scraping soft cheese, put it in the chamber for 15 minutes before grating. This will make it much easier for you to process it.
