Before the real winter envelops us and the heavy appetizers and wines begin to line up one after the other, we still have the opportunity to make full use of autumn vegetables and fruits in cooking.

The first autumn dish we have chosen to offer is a real main course, although some define it as an appetizer. It's about stuffed potatoes with beef - if you're not a fan of beef, you can always change it and even turn it off.
Stuffed potatoes can only be prepared with vegetables, as long as it is to your liking. To make these stuffed potatoes, you will need finely chopped beef, which you will fry together with the finely chopped onion.
Then you need to add bulgur, paprika, black pepper, savory, mint, nutmeg, canned tomatoes.
All this is fried. Peel a squash, grate it and fill it with the mixture. They should be arranged in a pan and baked - put them in a pan and pour 1 tsp. water. Once baked, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and basil.
If the stuffed potatoes still don't seem enough for dinner, you can add some alaminut to them - for example chicken trifles in a pan. In particular, these are chicken livers, which we suggest frying in fat.
It sounds easy and not very original, but you could enrich the recipe - pre-soak the livers in fat, fresh milk, squeezed fresh lemon, black pepper, savory and a little salt. After about two hours, you can remove the livers and let them drain, then fry them.
Our next suggestion is for fish - the recipe is not very complicated and you can add and remove products. We chose a dish with mackerel because it is relatively affordable, and there is no denying that it is delicious. Here's what you need to prepare it:
Stuffed mackerel
Necessary products: 4 mackerel, 2 peppers, hot peppers, tomato, garlic, parsley, salt, oil, black pepper, basil, white wine.
Method of preparation: The fish is cleaned and sprinkled with salt and pepper inside and out. Finely chop the remaining products without the basil and stew them in fat.
Fill the mackerel with the mixture and arrange the fish in a pan - put sliced tomatoes on it, sprinkle with basil, pour white wine and bake in a moderate oven.
And since autumn is a relatively cool season, instead of a glass of beer to the dish, you can pour white wine - it will complement the taste of fish.
