Making lasagna is a seemingly easy culinary endeavor. However, the truth is that even just one wrong step can ruin the whole recipe. Therefore, to make the perfect homemade lasagna, strictly follow the tips for its cooking.

For the delicious Italian recipe you need 15 sheets of fresh lasagna paste, 450 g mozzarella, 2-3 tbsp. grated parmesan, 2 tbsp. butter and pepper to taste.

For the filling you will need 700 g of minced beef, 350 g of minced pork, 400 ml of red wine, 800 g of fresh or canned tomatoes, 4 tbsp. cooking olive oil, 4 stalks of celery, 2 carrots, 1 medium onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 sprig of rosemary, 200 ml of beef broth, salt and pepper to taste.

Béchamel sauce is prepared from 1 liter of milk, 2 bay leaves, ¼ onion, a pinch of nutmeg, 50 g butter, 50 g flour.

Preparation for homemade lasagna:

The preparation of the lasagna begins with the filling. Heat the fat over low heat. Fry celery, onions and carrots in it for about 15 minutes. When soft and golden, add the crushed garlic and rosemary. Stew for another 2 minutes, then add the beef and pork mince to the mixture. Cook until the liquid from the meat is completely absorbed.

Pour 400 ml of wine into the filling. Stir well and cook for about 45 minutes. When the wine evaporates, add the tomatoes and broth. Leave the dish on the stove at medium temperature for some more time until the liquid evaporates. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Once the filling is ready, prepare the sauce. For this purpose, the milk is poured into a large container with a non-stick coating. Add the bay leaf, onion and nutmeg and place on the stove.

Allow to warm to boiling point. During this time, the butter is melted in a separate vessel. Add the flour, stirring constantly. Stir for another 2 minutes, then gradually add the milk. Stir again until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

When everything is ready, the actual preparation of the lasagna begins. Blanch the finished lasagna leaves in salted boiling water for a few minutes, preferably according to the instructions on the package.

Arranging the lasagna in a pan begins with a few tablespoons. of béchamel sauce. Peels are arranged on top. Sprinkle with mozzarella, parmesan and pepper, then put a layer of stuffing.

The procedure is repeated until the products are finished. Put pieces of butter on top. Bake the lasagna in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. It is completely ready when it acquires a golden and appetizing crust.
