Ingredients: 150 g butter, 1 egg, 60 g honey / molasses, vanilla essence, 150 g sugar, 200 g flour, 60 g locust bean flour, 2 tsp baking powder, rosehip salt, 120 g raw almonds.

Preparation: The butter softens. Beat with the sugar and add the egg, honey, flavorings and salt. In another bowl, mix the flour, locust bean flour, baking powder and ground almonds. Mix well and add to the liquid mixture. Stir well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Required products: 1 tsp. fine oatmeal, a handful of raisins, 1 tsp. dates, ½ h.h. locust bean flour, ⅓ tsp. unbleached sesame, ⅓ tsp. raw peeled sunflower seeds or other nuts, ⅓ tsp. coconut shavings, 100 g coconut oil, 1 lemon or orange, 10–20 ml liqueur.

Preparation: Soak the dates in water or rum from the night before. Mash with lemon / orange. Melt the coconut oil over low heat.

Mix all products well and place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to harden. From the resulting dough small balls are formed, which can be rolled in locust bean flour, sesame or coconut shavings.
