Raspberry wine

Necessary products: 3 kg of raspberries, 2 kg of sugar, 3 liters of water.

Method of preparation: Raspberries are inspected for rotten fruit, washed and placed in a large glass jar. To them is added the cooled sugar syrup prepared from water and sugar. It is best, however, to pour the syrup twice, every 3-4 days.

Be careful not to fill the container to the top, as the liquid will overflow during fermentation. Leave at a temperature of about 16-18 degrees Celsius and stir several times a day to prevent mold. After 8 days, the juice is filtered, poured into jars or other containers that can be closed with a cork, but fermentation will last about 5-6 weeks. This means that again you do not have to fill the containers to the top. Also, run a hose through the cap of each container to immerse in water.

In this way, carbon dioxide will escape through the hose, but no contaminants will enter the vessels. After 6-7 weeks, the wine begins to settle and can be poured into more representative glass bottles. When the fermentation subsides, and this will happen in about 2 months, you can already enjoy your raspberry wine, which will have an alcohol content of about 16-17 degrees.

Necessary products: Only apples and sugar, bearing in mind that 1 kg of sugar is added to 6 liters of apple juice.

Method of preparation: It is best to choose a mixture of sour and sweet apples to wash and chop finely. Then grind them with a meat grinder and press them. Do not dilute the resulting juice further. Add only sugar according to the amount of juice and then proceed in the same way as raspberry wine.
