Method of preparation: Peel the roasted peppers and let them drain. Once they are ready, cut them into cubes.
Heat the butter and oil in a saucepan and fry the peppers. Pour about 50 ml of water.
Dissolve the flour in the milk and add to the peppers. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
