The index of the State Commission on Commodity Exchanges shows that in just one week the cherries and strawberries on the domestic markets have registered a significant decrease in wholesale prices.
The prices of Bulgarian strawberries have dropped from BGN 2.65 per kilogram to BGN 2.61 per kilogram in one week. Imported strawberries, on the other hand, rose in price from BGN 3.26 per kilogram to BGN 3.45.
In the case of cherries, the fall in prices is more obvious, as the fruits have dropped from BGN 3.60 to BGN 3.17 per kilogram wholesale.
In the last week, the prices of the products needed for the preparation of Shopska salad have registered a serious rise.
The cow's cheese has risen in price by 41 stotinki, and on Friday its index on the stock exchanges reached BGN 5.93 per kilogram.
In one week, the price of Vitosha yellow cheese has jumped, which has increased its values by 27 stotinki and at the moment its wholesale price is BGN 11.25 per kilogram.
The rest of the dairy products have become cheaper by about 6 stotinki, as the price of the butter has reached BGN 1.23 for a package of 125 grams.
During the week, the greenhouse tomatoes, which are Bulgarian-made, rose by 17 stotinki, and their price per kilogram reached BGN 1.73.
The values of imported tomatoes remained at BGN 1.30 per kilogram.
The situation with cucumbers is similar, as Bulgarian greenhouse vegetables have jumped from BGN 1.26 per kilogram to BGN 1.41, while imported cucumbers remain at a price of BGN 1.26 per kilogram wholesale.
For the last week the price of sunflower oil has also risen, the wholesale price of which is already BGN 2.05 per liter.
During the past working week, frozen mackerel has fallen in price from BGN 4.78 per kilogram to BGN 4.35.
Spur, on the other hand, has risen in price from BGN 2.16 to BGN 2.35 per kilogram.
An increase of 8 stotinki was also reported for frozen chickens, whose wholesale values are now BGN 4.11 per kilogram.
For the pork leg with bone, the price has risen by 75 stotinki in one week and its price per kilogram has reached BGN 7.50.
