According to a Chinese study, the peptides contained in egg white can help us fight hypertension. Over time, they will be a valuable source for the production of drugs, the purpose of which will be to lower and normalize blood pressure.

The researchers told us that the peptides actually manage to block and significantly slow down the action of substances in the body that increase blood pressure.

This is not the first study of its kind. In 2009, another study was conducted, this time in Alberta, Canada. Scientists then found that blood pressure was actually lowered thanks to the proteins contained in eggs. They bind to enzymes in the stomach, resulting in the synthesis of a protein whose action is to limit the enzyme angiotensin.

Angiotensin is produced by the liver. It manages to raise blood pressure as it narrows blood vessels. In other words, its limited action will help normalize blood pressure.

It turns out that eggs not only help with hypertension - according to scientists from the University of Missouri, eggs can also regulate appetite.

According to experts, if we eat breakfast with a breakfast that is high enough in protein, which includes eggs, it will significantly regulate appetite and make us eat much less sugar and fat.
