In the central part of Mexico, dishes are prepared, typical for the whole country, but there are also regional specialties such as barbacoa (sheep dish), pozole (Mexican soup), menudo (Mexican offal soup) and carnitas (stewed or roasted small pieces of pork meat that can be served as a standalone dish or as a stuffing of tacos, burritos, etc.
Southeastern Mexico, on the other hand, is known for its hot peppers and chicken dishes. This region is also influenced by the Caribbean.
The so-called "Street food" is central here and boasts a wide variety of recipes. Tacos, quesadilla, tamales, carnitas are among the easiest and most appetizing offerings.
In fact, tacos are a favorite food not only for Mexicans - the recipe has conquered both Americans and Europeans.
