Necessary products: 750 g turkey fillet, 3 tbsp. oil, 3 eggs, 100 ml fresh milk, 1.5 liters of vegetable broth, salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation: The fillet is pounded, seasoned, covered with some of the oil and left to stand in the cold for at least 8 hours. Beat the eggs with the milk and fry to make an omelet. It is cut into strips and placed on the turkey fillets, which are rolled into tight rolls and tied with twine. Put to neck in the broth for 2 hours, then cool, cut into circles and serve.
Chicken breads
Necessary products: 350 g minced chicken, 50 g minced pork, 2 tsp. milk, 3 slices of rye bread, 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation: The crust is removed from the bread and its inside is soaked in milk until it softens completely. The two minced meat are mixed and the egg, spices and soaked bread are added to them. Mix everything very well and, if necessary, pass through a meat grinder. Using a spoon, pour on a greased pan, level the mixture and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven. Once the bread is ready, cool, slice and serve with vegetables of your choice.
