Necessary products: 4 small loaves, 1 can of cooked chickpeas, 1 can of boiled lentils, 2 cloves garlic, 1 onion, flour, 1 tsp. cumin, 1 tsp. turmeric, 1 tsp. black pepper, salt, olive oil, 1 lemon, lettuce

Method of preparation: Chickpeas and lentils puree until puree. Add finely chopped garlic and onion, a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice and other spices.
