Food allergies may soon be a thing of the past. Specialists from Japan have discovered a substance that, once in the human body, can prevent the development of food allergies. The substance belongs to the group of prostaglandins, the Japanese explain.

This compound will not only be able to potentially save a person from allergic symptoms, but also to really cure him of terrible food allergies, experts add. Scientists led by Professor Takahishi Murata have traced the effect of prostaglandins on Ehrlich cells (or mast cells).

These cells secrete the substance histamine - this substance is responsible for allergic reactions. When high levels of prostaglandins are measured, partial neutralization of mast cells occurs, scientists from the Land of the Rising Sun explain.

The researchers were able to prove the effectiveness of the compound using rodents, which were divided into two groups. In one group of mice, the researchers reduced prostaglandin secretion.

It is noted that then in these rodents there was a sharp change - the symptoms of food allergies began to worsen. Inflammation of the skin and colon appeared, while in the second group of rodents no changes were observed.

Another study, again by Japanese experts, claims that roosters crow early in the morning necessarily in a hierarchical order. The results of this study are published in Scientific Reports.

The researchers used four roosters to find that the bird at the top of the hierarchy always sang first in the early hours of the morning. And depending on the hierarchy of the others, the second, third, etc. sing in turn.

The Japanese claim that if the leader among the roosters is removed, his dominant role, including singing in the morning, will be given to the next rooster in the hierarchy. The first rooster in the bird family is allowed to bite the other birds, in addition, it has priority access to food and chicken, respectively.
