Parvomay producers have decided to take over Chinese markets. They will offer the Asian country honey, red wine, canned vegetables, sweets and lyutenitsa.
A forum will be held in Parvomay on January 29, where experts will explain to producers how they can sell their products in China.
Last year, the Ministry of Agriculture invested in this direction. In November 2015, the first Bulgarian pavilion was opened in Hangzhou.
The transport costs for the Bulgarian samples were borne entirely by the state. There was a lot of interest, and in addition to food and beverages, the Chinese became keenly interested in rose oil and lavender products. A similar stand will open in Shanghai this year.
Bulgarian producers gladly accept the idea of offering their products in the Asian country. The problem is that the demand there is huge and the supply from Bulgaria is too little for their markets.
Therefore, the forum will propose the idea of clusters between individual companies to allow larger exports of Bulgarian goods.
