Tartaric acid in table wines must not be less than 3.5 g / dm3.
In the case of table wines, regional table wines are also established. To be designated as such, a wine must be made from grapes obtained in the wine-growing region whose name it bears. If so, it may bear the relevant geographical indication.
In addition, a similar geographical indication can be used for regional wine, which is a blend of wines produced from grapes originating in different wine-growing regions. The condition is that 85% of the grapes originate from the wine-growing region whose name the respective regional wine bears.
Each regional wine is approved by an order of the Minister of Agriculture and Food under conditions and by order, determined in an ordinance. It has been established that the indication regional wine can replace the indication table wine.
