But although lasagna is really very tasty and relatively easy to prepare, it is also quite a high-calorie food. We can't eat it, especially if we try to eat healthily. Or is it possible? Everything is possible in the vast culinary world, all you need is a small dose of imagination and a large amount of desire. Here is a recipe for healthy lasagna:

Vegetable lasagna without peel

Necessary products: 4 large aubergines, cheese, yellow cheese, mushrooms, onions, tomato paste, corn, oregano, salt, olive oil

Method of preparation: The whole idea of this recipe is to replace the lasagna skins with eggplant. You need to cut the aubergines into slices about 1 cm thick and sprinkle them with salt, then let them drain from their bitterness. When you are done with this procedure, bake a little eggplant in a non-fat Teflon pan.
