It is easy, fast and full of freshness recipe for spring dessert, in which strawberries are combined with mascarpone and basil mousse.

You will need no more than twenty minutes to prepare 6 servings. And also about 800 g of strawberries, 300 g of mascarpone, 50 g of sugar, one egg white and 6 sprigs of basil. For the syrup you will need about 100 g of sugar and 10 ml of balsamic vinegar.

Preparation begins with vinegar - mix in a saucepan 100 grams of sugar and 25 ml of water.

Heat on the fire and simmer for 8 minutes, then add the balsamic vinegar and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the syrup to cool.

Meanwhile, beat the egg white with 50 grams of sugar in the snow. Carefully add the mascarpone and mix with a spatula to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Put in a cool place.

Wash the strawberries and wipe them. Mix them carefully with the cooled syrup. Before serving, divide the strawberries into bowls and add the mascarpone. Garnish with basil and combine with small cakes.

This famous Italian dessert is easy to prepare and especially delicious. Take a little more than two hours to prepare it. It will take you only 20 minutes to make it, but also two more hours for its stay in the refrigerator. Otherwise, for four servings you will need a few products - 500 g of liquid cream, 125 g of sugar, one vanilla and 4 sheets of gelatin. And also 500 g of ripe cherries, 150 g of sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

First prepare the panna cotta - soften the gelatin leaves in cold water. Pour the liquid cream into a saucepan. Add the sugar and vanilla cut into two pieces. Then heat gently and stir until the sugar melts. Add gelatin and remove cream from heat. Stir, remove the vanilla and allow to cool. Divide the mixture into small molds and allow to cool in at least two hours.

Remove the cherry stones before serving. Then pour the sugar and lemon juice into the pan. Allow to melt for about 2 minutes on low heat and add the cherries. Cook for about 4 minutes on high heat, stirring often with a wooden spoon. Then remove from the heat and allow to cool.

At the time of serving, pour the panna cotta into a plate and serve surrounded by cherries and their juice. Great spring dessert!
