Group B. - the representatives of this blood type contained the resilience of Group A farmers and Group 0 hunters. They were therefore considered to be much more resilient than both groups. Eat meat, and it is good to avoid chicken. It is also good for people of this blood type to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, but without legumes. To avoid pomegranate and dates, vegetables and corn are not recommended.
AB group - last discovered and, most recently, AB group. To this day, it is called a mystery because it is not known what caused it. It is extremely rare. For this group, the best food is the combination of the diet of group A and group B. In other words, more often vegetarian diet, less meat and dairy products. Avoid oranges and bananas, and tomatoes from vegetables.
Group 0 (zero group) - as it turned out, they are called hunters. Their strong point is the digestive system. In ancient times, this quality helped them a lot in survival. Nowadays, this is the most common group. For people of zero blood type, it is best to eat foods high in protein such as meat, eggs, to avoid cheese. Of the fruits all kinds without oranges, watermelon, strawberries and tangerines. It is good to avoid cereals and vegetables, especially cabbage and potatoes.
