Method of preparation:

Potato croquettes
Necessary products:
1 kg of potatoes, 3 egg yolks, ½ tsp. nutmeg, salt, pepper, flour
Method of preparation:
Peel a squash, grate it and boil it. Then make a puree of them and leave on the stove to thicken, gradually add 3 egg yolks and stir, then add the spices. The puree should be thick enough for you to form croquettes, then roll them in flour and egg and fry them.
Breaded Camembert cheese
Necessary products:
300 g Camembert cheese, 150 g blueberries, 100 g sugar, 1 ½ pcs. orange, 3 pcs. cloves, egg, oatmeal and breadcrumbs for breading
Method of preparation:
Carefully cut the cheese into slices and roll first in the breadcrumbs, then in the egg and finally in the oatmeal. Fry until golden brown in very hot oil. During this time, heat about 250 ml of water and add cloves, sugar and 1 orange, cut into larger pieces. Bring to a gentle boil, then add the blueberries. Stir constantly and do not pull away from the hob until it thickens. Then remove the cloves and orange from the sauce. Arrange the cheese, sauce and a piece of half of the remaining orange on a plate.
French onion soup
Necessary products:
500 g onion, 1 liter of beef or chicken broth, butter, flour, cheese
Method of preparation:
Cut the onion and put it in a saucepan together with a little butter and cover. Once it is well softened and stewed, remove the lid and start frying it. Already fried, the onion is ready to add a liter of broth, a little salt and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Then add pre-dissolved flour in 100 ml of water to thicken the soup. Bring to the boil again, wait 3 minutes and turn off. Serve it warm and just before serving add grated yellow cheese. It is suitable to eat with croutons.
