You need: 1 cup of raw almonds - soaked overnight in water and then rinsed well; 3 glasses of filtered or spring water; vanilla and honey to taste

Put the almonds and water in the blender and beat well for 1-2 minutes. The milk is then strained through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth to remove the almond pulp. The blender is rinsed, then the strained milk is returned inside. Add vanilla and honey to taste and stir again.

The finished milk can be consumed simply or with added fruit to make a shake. It can also be used to make raw vegetable soup, omitting honey and vanilla. When you take almond milk on an empty stomach and on its own, it becomes a useful and healthy liquid food.

In the remaining almond pulp still a lot of nutrients, such as protein, fiber, useful fats, vitamins and minerals. It can be used to make raw cakes, for example.
