The values of dairy products go up globally, according to analyzes by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). Cereal prices are also rising.

A decline in values was reported for sugar, which is 13.4% cheaper than last year. This is a record drop in its price since 16 months, and the reason is the strong harvest in the last 13 months, especially in Brazil.
Vegetable oils have also become cheaper worldwide and since June 2016 their price has fallen by 3.9%, with the lowest values being sold palm and soybean oil.
