German wine sauce
Necessary products: 2 tsp beef broth, 2 slices of bread, 1 head of old onion, 1 apple, 180 ml of red wine, 1 tsp. tomato puree, 1 pinch of cinnamon powder, 1 pinch of ground black pepper, 1 bay leaf, 1 pinch of sugar, 1 tsp. Himalayan salt, 25 g of butter
Method of preparation: The wine and broth are mixed. Add the chopped onion and grated apple. The mixture is put on the stove to boil. When this happens, crumbs of bread are sprinkled in it. Allow to boil for ten minutes under a lid.
The result is passed through a sieve and mixed with tomato paste and spices. Return the sauce to the hob and cook for another ten minutes. Mix with butter before serving.
Italian wine sauce
Necessary products: 1/2 tsp base sauce of choice, 1 tsp. tomato puree, 1 thin slice of ham, 2-3 marinated mushrooms, 1/2 onion, 1 tbsp. butter, 1/3 tsp. white aromatic wine, salt, sugar, black pepper, lemon juice, parsley
Method of preparation: Onions are finely chopped and stewed in butter. Tomato puree, finely chopped mushrooms and ham, the main sauce and spices are added to it one after the other. When it boils, remove from the heat. Season with wine and leave under a lid for a few minutes. Serve the sauce lightly sprinkled with parsley. It is suitable for fried and roasted meats, as well as cooked pasta such as pasta, noodles, spaghetti and others.
Roasted fruits with wine sauce
Necessary products: 2 red apples, 2 pears, 1 quince, 1 packet of pink Turkish delight, cut into pieces, 4 tbsp. raisins, 1 tbsp. grated orange peel, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 6 tbsp. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. honey, 100 ml red wine, 2 tbsp. Orange juice
Method of preparation: The fruits are cleaned and cut into pieces. Arrange in baking bowls and sprinkle with Turkish delight and raisins.
The oil, sugar and honey are lightly caramelized. Add the wine and orange juice. The syrup is allowed to reduce and thicken, then spread in bowls on the fruit.
The bowls are covered with foil. Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
