Of course, making chocolate bars the way they are sold is not an easy task, and you can replace them with grated chocolate, which is also the easiest option. And it looks aesthetically more natural and more natural.

Chocolate bars made of real chocolate

It is prepared from 500 g of sugar, 250 ml of water and as much cocoa as you want the sticks to be dark. The first two ingredients are mixed and put on the neck, stirring constantly. After obtaining a thick syrup, add the cocoa and mix everything again. Wait for the mixture to cool and form sticks on parchment paper in the same way, which are placed in the refrigerator.
