An experiment by bTV shows that there is a significant difference between chocolates of the same brand sold in Bulgaria and Germany. It was reported by food experts.

Two chocolates with whole hazelnuts were brought to the studio. At first glance, it became clear which chocolate is sold in Germany and which in our country. The German was darker, which meant that the cocoa content was higher. There were more hazelnuts.

During the tasting of the delicacies it turned out that the Bulgarian chocolate has a higher fat content, which immediately sticks to the palate. However, the labels say the same thing.

However, in the experiment with sausages, the specialists from the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency did not notice a difference - neither before nor after trying the products.

The Food Agency prepares a comparative analysis of foods of the same brand, sold in Bulgaria and in Western Europe. The quality of sausages, baby food, pastries and juices will be compared.

Bulgarians living in Germany claim to feel the difference between the products there and the same brands, but sold in our country.

Bulgarians living in Italy, on the other hand, claim that there is also a difference in Easter cakes, as ours have higher values of E and preservatives.

Kamen Nikolov from the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency claims that this will be completely certain after the laboratory analysis that is to be done.
