Soft cheeses are generally more suitable for freezing than hard ones. They are packed in aluminum or polyethylene foil. If the cheeses are cut into slices, each of them is wrapped separately in plastic wrap. With this type of dairy products, the maximum shelf life is 6 to 8 months.

Butter

If you are going to freeze the oil for a short period of time - put it in tinfoil. For longer storage in the freezer, it should be wrapped in aluminum or polyethylene foil. The maximum shelf life is half a year.
