Necessary products: 800 g colorful beans, 3 onions, 7 cloves garlic, 4 tbsp butter, 5 chili peppers of the jalapeno variety, 2 tsp fresh coriander, 500 ml beer, salt to taste.

Method of preparation: The beans are washed and soaked in water overnight. Drain and bring to a boil in enough water. The first two waters are discarded and a third is added. To the beans add 1 onion, chopped, 1 tbsp oil and whole garlic cloves.

Once the beans soften, the water is discarded again and the beans are filtered. Cut the other onion very finely, and peel the tomatoes and chop finely as well. Roast the peppers on the stove, peel them, remove the seeds and cut them.

In a deep frying pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil, add the finely chopped onion, and then the peppers, tomatoes and coriander. Stir everything and before the sauce starts to burn, the beer and drained beans are added to it. The dish prepared in this way is left to simmer for about 50 minutes and seasoned with salt to taste.
