Mix the eggs and mascarpone with a mixer on high speed. Spread the mixture on the base and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in it for another hour.

Take it out and put it in the fridge for 10 hours. Then spread the drained fruit from the compote on top.

The kiss cake is a real feast for lovers of gourmet desserts. You need 1 cup peeled pistachios, 2 tablespoons starch, two cups powdered sugar, 6 egg whites, 3 cups sour cream, 1 vanilla, 100 g melted chocolate, 1 tablespoon instant coffee, chocolate for decoration.

Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Draw on foil a circle with a diameter of 20 centimeters. Make 4 such blanks. Grind pistachios with a cup of powdered sugar.

Beat the egg whites in the snow and gradually add another cup of powdered sugar. Mix the nuts with the egg whites. Apply a quarter on each circle and bake for half an hour until golden.
