Chicken in a pan
Necessary products: onion, 2 carrots, canned tomatoes, 300 g mushrooms, chicken pieces, black pepper, salt, oil, thyme.
Method of preparation: prepare your products - cut and wash mushrooms, carrots and onions. The first thing we put in the pan to fry is the onion and then the carrots. Chicken - cut into pieces is then added to fry well, add the thyme.
After about 4 - 5 minutes, add the spices and tomatoes. Reduce the heat and simmer for at least 30-40 minutes. When the chicken is cooked, you need to add the sliced mushrooms and when they soften, turn off the stove.
The next suggestion is again with chicken, but this time instead of tomato sauce we will add cream sauce:

Necessary products: chicken breast, pepper - if possible red green and yellow, small onion, canned corn, cream, salt, pepper, oil, rosemary if desired.
Preparation: cut the chicken breasts and put them to fry in a hot pan. Then add the sliced peppers, onion crescents and corn. Stir vigorously and add the cream - the amount depends on how much sauce you want to have in the pan. Finally, season with the scents and cover with a lid. When the vegetables soften, you can turn off the dish.

Eggplant with eggs
Necessary products: ½ kg of green onions, 1 eggplant, 100 g of yellow cheese, 3 - 4 eggs, 2 tomatoes, ½ connection with parsley, oil, salt.
Preparation: first cut the eggplant and let it drain so that it does not become bitter later. Cut the onion and put it to fry, then put the diced eggplant along with the tomatoes. After frying, add the eggs, stir vigorously. Finally add the parsley and yellow cheese.
