1. Put sushi rice and water in a saucepan and leave to boil. Reduce heat and cook for another 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside for 15 minutes.
2. When the rice has cooled, sprinkle with vinegar and sugar. Stir well.
3. Cut the nori bark leaves in half. Place them with the shiny part down and place some rice on it. Press lightly with your fingers and make a thin layer up to 0.5 cm.
4. Arrange the fillings on the rice in 1 line. Rotate the nori with the bamboo mat and cut into six or eight pieces using a sharp knife.
5. Cover and cool for 60 minutes so that the sushi softens.
2. Fruit sushi
3 pancakes, 1 cup chopped mango, 1 peach, cut into pieces, 1 apple, cut into pieces, 3 tbsp. powdered sugar, 6 tbsp. cream cheese, 1 tsp. vanilla extract
1. In a mixing bowl, add the powdered sugar, vanilla and cream cheese.
2. Spread the creamy mixture on the pancake.
3. Arrange the fruit in the middle in 1 line.
4. Fold it tightly and then cut it into pieces.

1 cucumber, 1 carrot, peeled and grated, ¼ cup raisins, ½ cup cream cheese, chives

5. Strawberry sushi
2 vanilla pancakes, 1 tsp. sour cream, ½ tsp. diced strawberries
1. Cut the pancake into a square.
2. Spread the cream in a layer over the entire area.
3. Arrange the sliced strawberries in a central thin strip.
4. Fold a tight roll, cut into 6-8 circles.
5. Refrigerate overnight and serve fresh for breakfast.
6. Coconut sushi with mango
300 g jasmine rice, 100 g powdered sugar, 200 ml canned coconut milk, 400 ml water, 1 ripe mango, peeled and finely chopped, 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped, 1-2 tbsp. coconut shavings
1. Boil the jasmine rice with coconut milk and powdered sugar.
2. When it is ready, let it drink all the water, and then spread it in a pan. Leave in the refrigerator for 30-50 minutes.
3. From the prepared cooled mixture cut round shapes, the size of a cookie.
4. Sprinkle the mango on top and garnish with mint leaves and coconut shavings!
7. Honey sushi with peanut butter and blackcurrant
1 wheat fluffy pancake, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 1/2 banana, cinnamon

1. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on the pancake, leaving it ungreased at the end.
2. Sprinkle cinnamon on peanut butter and place the banana, cut into long strips, in the middle.
3. We roll the roll and cut it into 8 pieces with a sharp knife.
4. Serve drizzled with liquid honey!
8. Sushi with carrots and avocado
1 and ½ h.h. sushi rice, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 4 leaves of nori peel, 1 avocado, thinly sliced, 1 carrot, cut into sticks
1. Add vinegar and sugar to the prepared cooled sushi rice, which are pre-boiled for 1 minute.
2. Turn the nori upside down and spread a layer of sushi rice about 0.5-7 cm.
3. Spread a strip of mayonnaise in the center of the rice. Arrange the carrots in strips of avocado.
4. Wrap carefully and firmly so that the cut pieces remain intact in the center.
5. Cut and serve in a special tray!
9. Chocolate dried raspberries
1 tsp boiled sushi rice, 1 block of chocolate, ½ tsp. raspberries
1. Lay nylon on the bamboo mat. On top apply a thin layer of rice about 1 cm in a square shape.
2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Then gently spread it evenly over the rice. In the center we arrange the raspberries.
3. Wrap the roll with the help of the bamboo mat through the nylon. Leave the finished roll in the refrigerator, then cut it very carefully with a sharp knife.
4. Serve with extra liquid chocolate in which to dip the shock sushi.
10. Sushi candy
100 g butter, 1/2 bar of chocolate, chocolate biscuits, colorful chewing candies, ½ tsp. cooked sushi rice
1. Heat the cream for 1-2 minutes and then melt the chocolate in it.
2. Add a little of the liquid chocolate to the crushed chocolate biscuits so that it has a dough-like consistency.
3. Roll it out and form a square shape. Put it in the fridge for 10-25 minutes.
4. After removing the chocolate peel, spread the cooled rice and sprinkle a strip in the middle with sliced chewing candies.
5. Using nylon, which we spread over the bamboo mat, wrap the desired roll.
6. Cut 6-8 circles and the sweet treat is ready.
