Frying is carried out with continuous movement of the product in the pan. In this way, the heat treatment is healthier and does not cause stomach problems. And everything happens pretty fast.
All in Chinese cuisine is in small bites - so that they can be taken more easily and conveniently with chopsticks. The soup in Chinese cuisine is the last dish to be served. It is placed in tiny porcelain bowls.

The meat they prefer is pork - the Chinese believe that it is more fragrant and easier to digest by the body (compared to beef). Chicken is also often used, it is prepared mostly with vegetables.
The most valuable of the spices in Chinese cuisine is soy sauce - it and rice are completely trademarks of Chinese cuisine. Other scents that are revered - cloves, cinnamon, ginger.
Some of the most popular Chinese dishes necessarily contain rice - all kinds of products are added to it. No less popular are fried spaghetti, and they usually have a lot of meat and some vegetables. They are often made and slightly spicy. Pork, which we have already mentioned as a favorite, is most often prepared with many vegetables - mushrooms, sprouts, carrots, peppers. All this is cut into large pieces, fried and soy sauce is added. Fish sauce is also popular and widely used in China, and can be found in variations in most Asian countries.
The chicken in sweet and sour sauce is also well known and popular - again in pieces, but with a special breading, on which the sauce is carefully poured - both sweet and sour. Speaking of breading - extremely tasty and interesting are the breaded vegetables, as well as the well-known breaded ice cream. It is warm on the outside, breaded and ice cold on the inside. Special dishes are often prepared - bamboo sprouts with mushrooms and seafood soup and spicy taste.
As already mentioned Chinese food and cuisine are very different from ours. What we eat in Chinese restaurants in our country is quite close to the real Chinese cuisine, but it is still a way to expand our culinary worldview.
